TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 930-1030am Hatha Yoga 60min
A well rounded practice that suits all levels of yoga students. We develope balance, strength, flexibility and breath control in held postures and finish with a beautiful meditation / relaxation.
TUESDAY 6PM HATHA THERAPY 60minThis class is great for those with movement issues due to age, injury and other health issues to help reduce pain, release tension and improve overall movement through gentle therapeutic exercises, quiet breathing, and calming restorative poses to bring balance to body and mind.
TUESDAY 715-815pm HATHA FLOW 60min In this class the basics of yoga will be explored including the classical poses, sun salutations, breathing exercises and cultivating a balance of strength, flexibility and balance in the mind and body.
WEDNESDAY 630PM YIN YOGA 60min
Yin yoga consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses to release connective tissues and quiet the mind.
This style of yoga is to help regulate the flow of energy in the body and release blockages on a physical and emotional level.
THURSDAY 630PM BEGINNERS YOGA 60min
This class is suitable for those new to yoga or wanting to deepen their practice in a slow paced class setting. We explore traditional Hatha poses and learn about basic breathing techniques.
SATURDAY 2PM RESTORATIVE & MEDITATION 2hrs MONTHLY 1ST SATURDAY OF THE MONTH
Restorative Yoga offers you the time and space to really slow down creating a deep state of physical, emotional and mental peace.
Your body will be fully supported with props allowing you to just relax and breath. $40/$30 Conc.
Great for Beginners and experienced students alike, this class moves slowly, focusing on breath, body and mind. We conclude with a soulful Savasana and Meditation. 75min.

Qigong encourages the use of simple practices which assist us to consciously balance and strengthen our energy bodies increasing our experiences of peace, love and vitality.
